Dispatcher – Dry Van Freight

Job description

Compensation
$1,500 flat rate for managing up to 8 trucks
$200 per additional truck
Potential to earn $2,000+ per week with 10+ drivers
Performance bonuses available based on results

Responsibilities
Dispatch and monitor a fleet of 8–10 trucks
Communicate with drivers, brokers, and customers
Maximize route efficiency and optimize load assignment
Track deliveries, handle issues promptly, and maintain documentation
Manage performance and ensure on-time freight movement

Requirements
Experience with 53’ dry van (semi truck) operations
Previous dispatching experience in trucking or logistics
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple drivers simultaneously
Tech-savvy and familiar with dispatch software and load boards




Schedule
Monday–Friday: 7 AM – 5 PM CST
Weekends: On-call as needed
