We are looking for an experienced Foreman / Service Advisor to take full responsibility for managing shop operations and overseeing fleet maintenance activities.

📍  Location: East Dundee, IL
Key Responsibilities
Organize and oversee daily shop operations
Create and manage service orders
Assign repair and maintenance service orders to mechanics based on skill level and workload
Monitor shop capacity and prioritize work orders
Ensure all repairs and maintenance are completed within established deadlines
Communicate truck status, downtime, and repair progress with customers
Prepare shop performance report
Standard Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (CST)
