Duties

Perform appliance repairs including washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, and other household devices using schematics and technical manuals.
Troubleshoot and service HVAC systems such as air conditioners, heaters, thermostats, and ventilation units with precision.
Read and interpret electrical diagrams, mechanical schematics, and system blueprints to accurately diagnose issues.
Conduct equipment assembly, installation, and preventative maintenance on appliances and HVAC units in residential or commercial settings.
Utilize box trucks or delivery vehicles to transport parts and equipment safely to customer locations.
Repair refrigeration units and related components ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency.
Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction during every interaction.
Experience

Proven experience as a service technician specializing in appliance repair or HVAC systems.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical diagrams confidently.
Hands-on experience with refrigeration systems and electrical troubleshooting.
Previous delivery driver experience with a valid driver’s license for box trucks or similar vehicles.
Familiarity with field service operations including equipment repair, assembly, and installation tasks.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information effectively.
