🚨 Urgent Hiring: Safety Associate | Addison, IL IG Transportation Inc. opens its doors for a Safety Associate to join our growing team
🗂Main Responsibilities include: – Front Desk Duties - welcoming drivers for orientation, sorting and distributing mail –Organizing truck binders, explaining the documentation to the drivers – Explaining HOS and tablet (logbook) usage to the drivers – Obtaining permits CT, KY, NM, NY, OR – Distributing HUT and IFTA stickers, and other relevant documentation to the drivers – Updating team on equipment changes – Keeping Vehicle Annual Inspections spreadsheet up to date – Inventory Management - tablets, ELD devices, dashcams – Any other safety-related help in the department
📝Main Requirements: – Advanced English & Russian language skills - including speaking and writing daily – Knowledge of DOT regulations and HOS – Proficient user of G-Suite and Microsoft Programs
💸 Salary depends on candidate's experience 🕗 Schedule: Monday - Friday 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM - work from office only 📍 Location: Addison, IL 60101
