Position: Dispatcher
Equipment: Flatbed, Conestoga, Reefer experience in 1 or multiple divisions preferred
Location: In-office — Aurora, IL
Pay: Percentage-based compensation

Requirements:
Previous dispatch experience required
Experience with flatbed, conestoga, and/or reefer freight
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good problem-solving abilities
Ability to work under pressure and manage drivers efficiently
Existing customer/broker contacts are a plus
Leadership and team management skills preferred
Knowledge of load boards, rate negotiation, route planning, and freight market trends
Organized and responsible with strong multitasking skills

We are looking for someone who can handle dispatch operations independently, build strong relationships with brokers/customers, and help grow the company.
