CDL-A RGN/Step Deck Driver Position – Aurora, IL

We are currently hiring CDL-A drivers for RGN/Step Deck trailers. We offer competitive pay, new equipment, and consistent freight.

Requirements
Minimum 6 months of CDL-A RGN/Step Deck experience preferred
Will train the right candidate

Pay
1099 position only
$0.70 CPM for drivers with no RGN experience
$0.80 CPM for experienced RGN drivers
$200 extra for every partial load added on the trailer
Paid every 2 weeks

Equipment
New trucks 2024-2026 models International, Volvo, and Freightliner fleet

Miles & Freight
Average 2500-3000 miles per week
Consistent freight
Main lane: Illinois ↔️ California

Home Time
3 weeks out, 1 week home
Flexible for family emergencies and special situations

Driver Support
Fuel cards provided
Yard parking available in Aurora, IL
Parking fees covered when necessary
ELD assistance available

Bonuses for clean DOT inspections
Additional safety bonus reviews every 6 months for drivers with no violations
