Growing dry van carrier based in Lombard, Illinois, is seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to lead daily fleet operations. We are looking for a disciplined, results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Ensure all tractors and trailers are safe, compliant, and road-ready.
Oversee dispatch operations, equipment utilization, pickups, and returns.
Manage maintenance, repairs, permits, registrations, and fleet documentation.
Monitor and reduce maintenance and operating costs through data-driven decision-making.
Lead and support drivers while resolving operational issues quickly and professionally.
Drive efficiency, accountability, and continuous improvement across the fleet.
Qualifications
Valid CDL Class A Required
Fluent in English and Russian Required
Proven experience in fleet management, transportation, or dispatch operations.
Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to make sound decisions under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
