UE Line Inc. is an, asset-based flatbed trucking company. We are looking for a high-performing, experienced Driver Recruiter who knows how to consistently deliver results — minimum 3 flatbed drivers per week.This role is for someone who understands trucking, knows how to close drivers, and can work within a structured approval and onboarding process.
Required Experience & Qualifications

Proven experience recruiting truck drivers (flatbed experience REQUIRED)

Demonstrated ability to hire at least 3 flatbed drivers per week

Strong knowledge of:

CDL requirements

Flatbed experience standards

Driver expectations and objections

Hands-on experience with Tenstreet

Strong communication and closing skills

Organized, consistent, and process-driven

Professional attitude and strong work ethic

Ability to work independently and hit targets without micromanagement
