Growing trucking company with 45 trucks is looking for an experienced Dispatch Manager to join our office in the NW suburbs area.

Responsibilities:

Oversee dispatch operations and team

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues

Ensure FMCSA compliance

Analyze performance and improve efficiency

Build and manage dedicated lanes

Train and support dispatch staff

Requirements:

Dispatch experience (flatbed/reefer preferred)

Strong leadership and multitasking skills

Knowledge of load planning, rates, and compliance

Excellent communication
