We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Billing Specialist to join our Accounting Department.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process invoices
- Verify billing data, including rates, miles, and accessorial charges
- Communicate with customers and internal teams
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and documentation
- Assist with accounts receivable and payment tracking
- Support month-end closing activities as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in billing, accounting in trucking industry
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
