Job description:
Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven CDL Truck Driver Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-volume recruiting within the transportation industry. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified CDL Class A drivers to meet the growing needs of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively source and attract CDL drivers through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and industry events. Screen applicants to ensure they meet company hiring standards and DOT compliance requirements. Coordinate interviews, background checks, drug screens, and other pre-employment requirements. Maintain accurate records of recruiting activity and candidate status in ATS (Applicant Tracking System). Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience from application to onboarding. Qualifications:
Proven experience as a recruiter in the transportation/logistics industry. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A RECRUITING EXPERIENCE IN THE TRUCKING INDUSTRY, DO NOT APPLY! Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and driver qualification standards. Familiarity with recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience recruiting for CDL Class A drivers. Bilingual is a plus. Knowledge of basic FMCSA and safety compliance standards. Benefits:
