1 Terra Vita Insurance Group - a fast-growing life insurance agency who is looking for a full-time Licensed Life Insurance Agent.

What you’ll do:
• Take inbound calls and follow up with exclusive leads requesting life insurance
• Qualify clients fast (age, budget, health basics, timeline, beneficiaries)
• Present and sell life insurance products such as Final Expense, Term, and IUL (as appropriate)
• Submit applications accurately and stay compliant with all carrier/state rules
• Use CRM to track pipeline, follow-ups, and issued business
• Maintain strong persistency and reduce chargebacks through proper expectations and servicing
• Hit weekly goals: dials/talk time, appointments, apps, issued policies

Requirements:
• Active Life (or Life & Health) insurance license (Illinois preferred, multi-state a plus)
• Minimum 1–2 years life insurance sales experience preferred (Final Expense and/or IUL is a big plus)
• Strong phone presence, clear communication, high integrity
• Comfortable working leads, following scripts, and tracking activity in a CRM
• Coachable, consistent, and hungry to produce
• Fluent English is a must
