Schwarz Logistics is seeking an experienced Safety Assistant to join our team.

Compensation:
* Salary based on experience
* 1099 position
* Paid vacation and 3 sick days per year.

Responsibilities:
* Maintain and update Driver Qualification (DQ) files.
* Assist with safety compliance and internal safety operations.
* Conduct driver training and participate in new driver orientation.
* Perform employment verifications.
* Support safety department with documentation and reporting.

Requirements:
* Fluency in English (required).
* Romanian and/or Russian language skills are a plus.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in computer systems and standard office tools.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Schedule:
* Monday–Friday
* 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
