🔧 Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience managing dispatch operations
Solid background working with Reefer, Step-deck, and Dry Van freight
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Ability to work on-site full-time in South Elgin, IL
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of DOT regulations and load planning best practices
