We are currently seeking a skilled Accounting Manager to manage all accounting and billing operations. This is a full-time, in-office position located in East Dundee, IL.

What we’re looking for:

2+ years of verifiable experience as an Accounting Manager
Strong QuickBooks skills (reconciliations, multi-entity bookkeeping)
Experience preparing tax-ready financials and issuing 1099s
Trucking/transportation industry experience is required
Experience with RTS Financial
ProTransport experience is a strong plus
Fluency in English + Russian or Ukrainian

We’re looking for someone reliable, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
