We are a small, family-oriented trucking company looking for a full-time HR professional to join our team. This role will be the go-to person for recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our drivers and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
• Source and recruit qualified candidates for driving and office positions
• Manage the hiring process from application to offer
• Coordinate and conduct onboarding for new hires
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Support management with HR-related policies and compliance
