We are a stable and fast-growing trucking company with offices in the Chicago suburbs: South Elgin and Joliet, IL. We are looking for experienced CDL-A OTR Flatbed and Stepdeck drivers, including Company Drivers and Owner Operators.
We offer long lanes, newer equipment, in-house U.S.-based dispatch with no outsourcing, and 24/7 support from Dispatch, Safety, and Maintenance. We value professionalism, responsibility, safe driving, and honest work.

✅ Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of CDL-A OTR experience.
• Flatbed or Stepdeck experience required.
• Must know how to properly secure and tarp freight: chains, straps, binders, and tarps.
• Clean MVR: no DUI or serious violations within the last 5 years.
• Responsible attitude toward equipment, freight, and paperwork.
• Professional mindset and desire to earn consistently.
