Accounting Manager – East Dundee, IL
🚨 In-Office Position Only no remote

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to join our growing trucking company 40+ trucks. We have a friendly team and are looking for a reliable team player to join us.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Accounting Manager
• Strong QuickBooks skills reconciliations, multi-entity bookkeeping
• Experience preparing tax-ready financials & issuing 1099s
• Trucking/transportation industry experience required
• Experience with RTS Financial preferred
• ProTransport experience strongly preferred
• Fluent in English and Russian or Ukrainian

We are looking for someone motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
