🔧 Job Description:
We’re seeking a reliable and experienced Flatbed Dispatcher to join our team and help manage and coordinate daily freight operations. In this role, you’ll work closely with drivers, shippers, and receivers to ensure timely and safe delivery of loads across the country.

🛠️ Responsibilities:
• Plan, schedule, and dispatch flatbed trucks efficiently
• Maintain constant communication with drivers and customers
• Monitor load progress and troubleshoot delays
• Secure loads and match freight to equipment
• Manage driver availability, HOS compliance, and trip planning
• Build and maintain strong broker and customer relationships
• Track and update load status using dispatch software

✅ Qualifications:
• 1+ year of experience dispatching flatbed trucks (REQUIRED)
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and HOS rules
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with TMS software (e.g., McLeod, Truckbase, DAT, etc.)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish/Russian) a plus
