Do you care about making sure other drivers feel appreciated and helped? If yes, we need you in our team's Driver Support Department! As a Driver Relationship Specialist, you'll bridge the gap between our drivers and other departments within the company. You'll be the go-to person for addressing driver concerns regarding miles, layovers, equipment damage, charges, and home time. Your role is crucial in ensuring clear communication, resolving issues, and fostering a positive relationship between drivers and the company.

👍 Requirements: Previous experience with CDL Over-The-Road (OTR) driving You need to be really good with computers, like knowing how to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Sheets well. Positive Attitude: Approach every interaction with a positive mindset and a willingness to help. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to effectively convey information and negotiate with drivers and other departments.
