Requirements:
✔ Previous experience in trucking / fleet management
✔ Bilingual: English + Ukrainian or Russian
✔ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
✔ Organized & detail-oriented
Main Responsibilities:
• Manage tractor and trailer fleet
• Schedule maintenance, inspections, and repairs
• Handle road service calls and breakdowns
• Order and pick up parts, track inventory
• Coordinate with other departments
• Maintain equipment records and reporting
