We have been in business since 2016. We are located in Schaumburg IL .

Job hours : 8am to 5pm Monday-Friday and on call in case of emergency's as trucking is 24/7

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Conducting of inspections, qualification and set up on drivers, company equipment and contractor's vehicles
Complete information input - driver, unit, trailer - track annual inspection, oil change and service intervals
Maintaining policies & procedures and communication with all drivers
DOT inspection response
Following accident procedures in case of serious/recordable accident
Other duties as assigned by Management

WORK EXPERIENCE AND BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS

2+ years of working experience in trucking company with 50+ trucks
Excellent decision making ability and judgment
Sharing, positive and energetic team player
Open, enthusiastic, full of energy
Experience working with outside agencies (State DOT agencies, local government, law enforcement, etc)
Must have good knowledge of DOT and other agency regulations.
Demonstrate good understanding of key safety principles in the transportation industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and McLeod
Be available 24/7 for emergency's an accidents.

The salary and bonuses depends on experience and performance.
