We are seeking a dedicated, full-time Personal Assistant to support the Owner of a growing company. This position will start remotely, with the possibility of transitioning to an in-office role in the Schaumburg, IL area. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, tech-savvy, and fluent in advanced English — both written and spoken. This is a high-trust role that requires discretion, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage tasks independently.

Above average spoken and written English Strong computer skills (Google Workspace, Zoom, project/task apps) Highly reliable, resourceful, and able to anticipate needs Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information Based in or near Schaumburg, IL (or willing to relocate eventually)
