Safety Administrator

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Safety Administrator to join our trucking company team. This position is responsible for supporting the Safety Department and ensuring all company safety documentation and compliance records are properly maintained.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Driver Qualification DQ files
- Organize and update safety documentation and company records
- Coordinate drug testing and maintain testing records
- Prepare and maintain truck books and compliance paperwork
- Track inspections, expirations, permits, and safety-related documents
- Maintain spreadsheets, tables, and internal reports
- Support drivers and management with safety-related needs

Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good computer and data entry skills
- Bilingual is a plus
