Can somebody recommend a good attorney to buy a foreclosed house in remote northern suburbs (Waukegan, Zion)? My real estate agent gave me a contact card for one, but I'm not sure he is not the sellers attorney as well. Please let me know if you had experiences with somebody you would like to recommend. Doesn't matter is he/she is Russian or American.
