такое дело мне нужно выписаться или послать генеральнную доверенность на то что я моему отцу разришаю делать все что ему понадобиться на то что бы он начал привотизацию квартиры в россие но у меня просроченный паспорт ( русский) можноли с таким идти к адвокату тут и начать делать генеральнную доверенность? кто че знает подскажите заранее благодарен.

В начале нужно продлить загран. пасспорт, без этого в Российском посольстве никаких бумаг заверять не станут ведь им необходимо установить Вашу личность а просроченный пасспорт для этого не годиться. Увы, таков закон, Вам следовало раньше вовремя продлять этот документ. Алекс.
