my friend has arrest warrant for unpaid traffic ticket. now he has immigration court hearing on 6. he is out of status but he is married with us citizen (they didn't file for green card yet) Do they arrest him for that unpaid tickets.

Yes, they will. They do not care about his immigration status, traffic tickets must be paid no matter what your immigration status is. Alex
