что делать? заполнять налоговую декларацию. если вы должны платить налоги, то возможно, вам добавят штраф, а если вам должны, то получите свои деньги. гр.

Self-Select PIN Program - A return with the same taxpayer information, such as the SSN or last name, has already been filed with the IRS. The taxpayer in this return is ineligible to participate in the Self-Select PIN program.
The IRS has already received a return with the taxpayer's name and/or Social Security number (SSN) entered on this return. If the IRS receives two returns containing the same name and SSN, the second return is considered a duplicate. This situation can occur for several reasons, including transposed numbers on the SSN, misspelled or incomplete names, forgotten you've already filed, identity theft, etc. The IRS rejects duplicate returns and the taxpayer on this return cannot participate in the Self-Select PIN program. If you have not previously attempted to file this return, contact the IRS at (800) 829-1040. These situations may take some time to resolve. You have the option to wait for a resolution from the IRS (this takes 4 to 6 weeks or more) or file this return by mail. To file by mail:
1: Go to the TurboTax navigation bar and select "Print and File."
2: Select "Print Your Return to File by Mail," and then "Print Selected Returns."
Mail your return to the appropriate IRS Service Center

Your return with SSN ending in 8818 was rejected by the IRS.

Please log into your account on our website to find out what reject codes you have received. On the My Account page select &quotAccess Return" next to the 2010 Tax Year and then &quotShow Details" next to the Reject Acknowledgement. For an explanation of Errors or Reject Codes please visit the Tax Support Help Center and choose "Reject Codes".

What you need to do now:
You will need to correct these errors and resubmit your return. You may make the changes to your return by choosing "Edit Return" at no additional charge. Once the changes have been made, complete the "Send Return Electronically" section to resubmit.

If you efiled a state return with your federal return , the state return will not be sent. When you file your federal and state returns together, the states requires that the IRS accept the federal return before they can process the state return. If you filed a state return , since your federal return was rejected, your state return has NOT been transmitted to your state agency for processing.

в сообщении написано, что вам надо пойти в свой аккаунт на сайте IRS и посмотреть в чём дело. вы пробовали зайти и найти свою tax return? гр.
