You start it with either a 5-day, 10-day, or 30-day notice, depending on the reason of termination of lease. Once the period of the notice is up and the violation or reason has not been corrected, you can file a complaint, and serve the tenant by a summons through the sheriff. come back on the cour return day, and argue your case. I charge $700 for eviction plus you pay court filing costs and sheriff's fees.
