Alex I have a question about particular situation, a women came to USA on K-1 visa but after short time she committed several crime’s adultery(well documented) arrest for solicitation and false report of abuse <she follow Russian website, there is instructions how to abstain a Green Card base of abuse>
She was reported to ICE because marriage was not in good faith but fraudulent. Divorce already in place.
What is outcome after all?

nothing just get married again and try to be more truthful,my friend had situation like that nad got married again and she is a greencard holder
