Just got favorite dress ruined by Ziegler cleaners. You know the most expensive cleaners in the area. I believe they washed it instead of dry cleaning. Plus, now there is a huge spot on the back from chemicals or something...
Full price of cleaning is $17 or so. Had discount for 50%, i just wonder if they did it on purpose..
