Cut the superintendant and replace with less experienced one and force to retire couple principles - AND no need to close the school

Move Russian Program from POE school into the school in the middle of the district - save on transportation costs...Cut Business Guy and HR lady and replace with less experienced ones...another school saved

Cut librarians, technology teachers and learning coaches (for enrichment and gifted) in elementary schools. Leave one-two of each rotating thru the district. Put agreements in place with local libraries for those services. Indian Trails can spend money on programs for schools instead of general programs and field trips.
Cut gifted testing in elementary school and the program - pointless, program is not continiuous... which makes it useless...
Cut head ESL lady, district has not made any progress in ESL arena over the years

Both AH and Indian Trails library have Book Mobiles...Do technology classes for community - so can do those for kids...

Keep PhysEd teachers - kids got to move...

Your district doesn't have a super that makes almost 300K/year and few principles in 200K range... O, and possibly your district doesn't do 500K contract for Wi-fi when there is a hole in the budget ?

Let see, in last week District 31 had to respond to arrest of person in administration - how did they do it ? Yep, over email.

The day technolgy communication in D21 is ON-TIME at least via website .... - WiFi or no WiFi may start to matter... but at this point - WiFi is hardly a priority

Basically, I could NOT have said better than post that states that Super and Business Manager that didn't forcee a shortfall and didn't prepare for it - are OVERPAID and would be out in a private enterprise...

And yes, so I would love to say my child's school has latest WiFI connection but what value does it trully add to my child's education ? NILL on NILL...
The school technology teacher can hardly keep the current website updated and i am not even sure what technology club at school trully does...
SO i would rather see money going to primary teachers than toward WiFI contract...
