BOUNDARY CHANGE UPDATE
Per the Boundary Change Study Timeline approved at the August 26
Board meeting, Dr. Dunkin and Ms. Bachar presented some tentative
boundary change recommendations. Mrs. Martin, Director of
Transportation, was in attendance to answer any questions needing a
historical perspective and how any boundary change would impact
bussing routes. The Board and administration is studying various
scenarios in an effort to even out enrollment between the two elementary
schools. The district will host two town hall meetings regarding any
boundary change mid October to mid November and take community
input. The Board will formally approve the boundary change in
December.
