How about spending that money to keep kids in the ELL program per parental request ? I be really pissed if I find out that none of polish ELL program kids are being kicked out back to homeschools and only russian kids are...

Noop, I don't think so. It is done at District LEVEL... Ceremoney is for entire district I believe.. It is our tax money for sure...

I think they should just give a piece of cake to any kids in the district that knows 2 languages, at least it is be fair.
