General Description-
• Responsible for meticulous upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots and other community buildings.
• Remove trash from office areas and apartment community perimeter daily.
• Assist in the preparation of market ready units, including remove trash from vacant apartments (trash outs) prior to make-ready.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor/Property Manager and/or perform assigned maintenance tasks in a timely manner.
• Assist in the cleaning of available apartments and or models.
• Assist maintenance team with snow removal (If applicable).
• Report any maintenance concerns for repairs on available apartments, models, clubhouse, and/or common areas to the Maintenance Supervisor.

Daily Task-
• Pick up trash on grounds and in parking lot area.
• Clean pool and deck area (seasonal-if applicable).
• Check dumpster areas for trash control and maintenance to dumpsters.
• Check parking lot for inoperable vehicles.
• Check flags and site signage.

Weekly Task-
• Check all exterior lights and interior common area lights. Replace bulbs as needed.
• Check grounds and buildings for damages/repairs.
• Check roofs and downspouts for proper draining.
• Check common area entry door hinges, latches, and weather stripping.
• Check outside of building for broken windows and/or screens.

As Needed-
• Weed control in flower beds.
• Water flower bed and flowerpots.
• Mulching flower beds, bushes, and trees.
• Prune shrubs and bushes.
• Sweep parking lot of all debris.
