Wills RV is looking to train new RV technicians! No experience required, willing to train the right candidates.
RV techs job duties include demonstrating the use and function of RVs, diagnosing problems, inspecting, adjusting and repairing recreational vehicles. This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.

What our RV techs do:
Inspect brake systems, wheel bearings, wash campers. Work on plumbing, 12v, 110 electrical systems. Carpentry, propane systems, roof repairs, generator work etc. Perform routine maintenance. Inspect, test and listen to defective equipment to diagnose malfunctions, use test instruments such as handheld computers, motor analyzers, charts and pressure gauges. May have to enter and exit small confined spaces. Cleaning shop.

Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license

Abilities:
Communicate effectively. Read, analyze and interpret documents such as safety manuals. Work independently as well as on a team. Use and knowledge of hand tools and power tools. Organize various physical tasks through adjusting, climbing ladders, connecting, lifting, pulling, pushing, or bending. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Ability to reach above shoulders and lift a minimum of 50 pounds.

Hours are 9am-5pm M-F, and every other Saturday
