We are looking for a reliable and responsible individual to join our team as a Body Shop Estimator / Production Manager. The ideal candidate has a valid driver's license, strong customer service skills and the willingness to learn about the inner workings of our repair shop. Our Estimator / Production Manager must work independently, drive safely and contribute to our professional success.

Responsibilities:
- Write estimates
- Communicate effectively with insurance companies and customers
- Have knowledge in estimating programs and computers (CCC experience preferred)
-Be able to effectively manage work flow / scheduling
-Able to keep customers up to date on how their repairs are coming along
-Answer phones
