HIRING BONUS for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shifts available
$1,000 for 1st shift
$2,000 for 2nd Shift
Must meet requirements before the bonus is paid
HOURS
6 AM to 6 PM
6 PM to 6 AM
Two on, Two Off, Every other weekend schedule
Essential Responsibilities and Duties
• Maintain Quality Control sheets every 30 minutes, the start of every work order.
• Observe good safety practices and follow all safety rules.
• Maintain work order records filling out at end of every job and shift.
• Maintain a run sheet filling out 4 times per day and keeping a record of every run every day.
• Maintain and keep Extrusion line clean daily
• Ensure material for the oncoming operator is at full levels.
• Communicate with the oncoming operator giving good instructions on what happened during your shift and what is coming up.
• Maintain a daily line journal.
• Maintain daily maintenance of extrusion lines and records.
• Maintain maximum set up times or less with the help of an experienced Operator.
• Can get on the gauge with the assistance of an experienced operator.
• Follow all procedures for pulling material and charging it back at the end of every lot.
• Have accurate set ups with the assistance of an experienced operator.
• Can set knives and shear.
• Follow instructions of management.
• Keep work area clean, neat, and organized.
• Have operator tools.
• Take care of company tools and keep them in good order.
• Can perform inspectors duties
• Can perform Assistant Operator duties

QUALIFICATIONS
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY! WE WILL TRAIN!!
• Ability to perform basic math functions
• Must be able to speak, read and understand work instructions in English
