As a Maintenance Mechanic at CALco, you will use your knowledge and enhance your skills while working on highly diversified machinery and facilities tasks and projects - including installation, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of specialized production machinery and facility equipment and systems.

Responsibilities
Install and maintain production machinery and plant facility equipment consisting of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems Perform regular preventative maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of machines and equipment Read and interpret work orders and equipment manuals to perform required maintenance and service Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments Use a variety of hand and power tools and material handling equipment
Requirements
High School Diploma/GED Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in a manufacturing environment, experience in a pallet manufacturing setting a plus Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems knowledge and skills Knowledge of electrical systems including tracing circuits and wiring new electrical components Knowledge of general construction and light plumbing Welding experience is a plus Valid driver’s license Bilingual Spanish is a plus Must be detail oriented Must provide own tools Must be able to work 2nd shift - Monday - Thursday 2:00pm - 11:00pm & Friday 2:00pm - 6:00pm Must be able to work overtime and travel as needed
