Our business is growing and we are looking to add 1 more service tech before this Heating season starts. Are you the best service tech in the area?

Potential candidates would have the following to be considered: MINIMUM 3 years in the field experience.
By this we do stress it would be a minimum of 3 years doing HVAC repairs in a service/repair capacity.
Not installations although installation experience is of course a plus.
Ability to work nights and weekends as needed during the busy parts of the year.
On call one day per week and one weekend per month.
Clean driving record and clean cut appearance.
