Role Description
This is a part-time to full-time on-site role located in downtown Burlington, WI for a Line Cook. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking, and plating food items in accordance with recipes and quality standards. The Line Cook would be working directly under the Owner/Head Chef while being in charge of the kitchen when the Head Chef isn't on shift. Wage would be determined by experience in the industry, competitive pay with room for growth.

Qualifications
Knowledge of proper food handling procedures and safety standards
Experience in a professional kitchen environment
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with the kitchen team
Attention to detail and the ability to follow recipes accurately
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
Nights and weekends a must. We are often closed on big holidays!
Ability to multi-task between cooking, prepping, and cleaning throughout shift.
Experience in ordering and taking inventory a plus.
Heavy focus on cleanliness and adhering to allergen cross-contamination rules as our kitchen is 90% gluten free and celiac safe.
