The Crew Leader is responsible to coordinate the installation of all projects and will report directly to the owner. They will oversee workers at job locations while ensuring customer satisfaction. Our ideal candidate will be able to manage an installation crew and install a high volume of work year-round. Lead Abatement certification training will be provided and paid for by company. Successful candidates should have comprehensive construction knowledge and understand/operate construction tools. Must be dependable, reliable, and have a current driver's license. stand and walk, bend and stoop frequently, and ascend and descend ladders and plank easily.
Responsibilities include:
• Manage all crew members
• Must have a working knowledge of home and commercial remodeling from demolition to finish carpentry.
• Ability to resolve problems when they arise with minimum supervision
• Build and sustain positive homeowner relations and assist in meeting and exceeding customer expectations
• Install structures and fixtures, such as windows and molding.
• Measure, cut, and shape wood, aluminum, and other materials.
• Construct building frameworks, rough framing (includes wood studs, wood framing, finish carpentry, siding, doors and window install and wrapping, hanging and finishing drywall).

Experience and Skills:
• Previous experience in remodeling and/or related fields
• Must be able to lead a crew after 30 days
• Minimum 5 years of construction/remodeling experience (Preferred, not required)
• Minimum of 2 years of Crew Leader/Foreman experience (Preferred, not required)
• Excellent time management skills
• General carpentry skills including: framing, finishing, siding, windows, doors
• Customer Service and problem-solving experience
• Strong leadership qualities
• Valid driver’s license
