The Restaurant Manager builds and supervises a team that achieves Little Caesars goals of customer satisfaction, sales and profitability and operates the restaurant according to company standards and procedures.

No prior pizza or food experience is required as training on the Little Caesars operating model will be provided. Prior experience in managing people is required. There are assistant manager positions available if not interested or qualified to be the restaurant manager.

Training and on going support will be provided.

Schedule is flexible assuming store staffing and customer service levels are acceptable and your meeting the minimum requirements for being on salary.
