Compensation:

* $75,000 - $100,000 plus first year
* $100,000- $150,000 plus second year

* Monday - Friday only weekends if desired


Skills and qualities:
* 1+ year of construction and home improvement experience
* experience in one call close
* experience in home product demonstration of products
* strong communication skills
* math and computer skills
* ability to design outdoor living space
* valid drivers license
* knowledge in cmr and sales reports
