Seeking a part time legal secretary/assistant for a one attorney law office in Valparaiso, Indiana.

The applicant must be a proficient typist and well versed in Word and WordPerfect together with having superior organizational skills.
The applicant must also be familiar navigating Indiana's Odyssey EFile and MyCase.IN.org programs.
Greeting clients, answering the phone, making appointments, opening and closing files, scheduling depositions, organizing discovery responses, drafting letters, and drafting simple petitions and motions are also required.

Number of hours per week approximately 15 to 18. Compensation is subject to negotiation based upon the applicant's level of skills and experience.
