REQUIREMENTS:
Work flexible hours (weekends and holidays are required)
Have up to 1 to 3 years of restaurant management experience.
Great customer service and communication skills.
Be able to staff and train all personnel.
Assist owners in duties such as promotions, marketing, social media, catering events and scheduling.
Do weekly and monthly inventories.
Obtain a State of Indiana Liquor License.
Have reliable transportation.
Be a leader and lead by example.
