Tria Adelfi, LLC is looking to fill a Maintenance Tech role at one of our Gary, Indiana properties.

We are looking for a Maintenance Person to join our team and help keep our facilities in top condition. The successful candidate will be responsible for turning vacant units and performing routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work. This individual should have a strong knowledge of building systems and be able to identify potential issues and take corrective action. Additionally, the Maintenance Person should be able to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities.
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and facilities.
Complete repairs in vacant units.
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical problems.
Maintain records of maintenance activities.
Ensure that all safety regulations are followed.
Perform minor carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting tasks.

Experience:
· Minimum 3 years’ experience as a maintenance technician

Must be proficient in:
Appliance install and repair
Apartment repairs and turns
Drywall & Paint
Minor Electric

Bonus if proficient in:
HVAC repair
Plumbing repair
