Fast paced Porter County Law Office seeks a full time entry level receptionist for immediate hire. Legal experience is preferred, however, it is not required. We expect an ideal candidate to engage in the following: • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) • Excellent communication skills with the ability to answer multi-line phone system • Uses discretion and judgment when screening visitors and telephone calls, scheduling appointments, and organizing workload to meet established priorities • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multi-task • Ability to work as part of a team as well as work independently with minimal supervision • Must be able to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally and consistent with legal and ethical policies • Confirm daily appointments and greet clients • Pull files for appointments and filing pleadings and documents away • Compose letters to clients and memorandums on a daily basis • Other duties as assigned Please send a resume and list of references ONLY to mcorona@vougalawfirm.com.
