Martin Produce has Customer Service Representative positions available for friendly, motivated, and experienced team members. You'll work alongside sales department to act as a liaison, take orders, provide/service information, answer questions, and resolve any problems that customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency, targeting customer high satisfaction.

HOURS/SCHEDULE: Full-Time, Sunday-Thursday Start 10:00am  Friday-Saturday - occasional

PAY STRUCTURE: Weekly hourly pay rate and bi-monthly 1% commission of gross profit of sale

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Mininum 1 year experience of excellent customer service experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel, Word, and Email
Fluent in Spanish

Exhibit good decision making, problem solving, demonstrate great communication, organizational skills and detailed-oriented.

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
People oriented, charismatic,
Sales experience is preferred
