ob requirements: Experienced Window Blind Installers needed Immediately and Ongoing Independent contractors to install custom ordered blinds in residential customers homes and businesses throughout Northern Indian and with established, stable installation blind company.
Standard piece rate percentage for independent contractors. Full time and part time work available. M-F work week, some weekends. Hours will vary and will be influenced heavily on the wants and needs of our customers.
Position requires daily travel (M-F and some Saturday's) throughout the Northern Indiana area. Will ONLY discuss details with qualified, serious applicants via phone call.
MUST HAVE CLEAN BACKGROUND CHECK NO EXCEPTIONS. Must have drivers license, vehicle and auto insurance NO EXCEPTIONS. Must be self-motivated, clean-cut professional (tattoos ok, but no visible facial piercings). Excellent customer service skills and experienced attention to detail in measurement and installation required as part of independent skill set.
Previous experience in home improvement services, repairs and/or construction ABSOLUTELY necessary. Able to climb ladders Up to 20 feet, lift 15 - 30 lbs above head, take accurate measurements, operate power drills, follow instructions and display positive attitude, professionalism and strong work ethic at all times with customers, associates and amongst members of the team. Innovative thinking and ability to analyze and solve problems in the field to complete installations and measurements with safety and aesthetics in mind.
